About Us
Brothers, Paul and Walter O’Brien, formed P. &
W. O’ Brien Ltd. Auctioneers in 1992 having previously worker in the family
auctioneering business for more than 20 years. P. & W. O’ Brien Ltd. Auctioneers
is a member of the Irish Professional Auctioneers & Valuers Institute. The
business is run from their modern offices at 41 Cecil Street, in the heart of
Limerick City’s commercial area.
The business has gone from strength to strength since it was established. Such
was the growth of the company; they now employ two more full time auctioneers,
Padraig McMahon and Paul C. O’ Brien Jnr, both dynamic sales people. Padraig is
from Ardnacrusha, Co. Clare and Paul Jnr. Is from Castelconnell, Limerick. Both
are members of I.P.A.V. and are shareholders and directors of the company.
P & W O'Brien Ltd. are involved in all areas of the property market including

service to all clients in an ever more competitive market. The offices are open
for business from Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm and are open through
lunch. Viewings outside office hours and Saturdays can be arranged. As our logo
